For years I struggled getting to and staying asleep. I started using melatonin, which worked at first, but your body does build up a tolerance to it and before I knew it, I was taking 10mg a night. I would wake up feeling groggy and had a really hard time getting out of bed. I needed to figure something else out.

I decided to give CBD oil a try and the first night I got a solid 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep. It was amazing, it wasn’t tired and I felt more refreshed then ever. I ditched the melatonin and began using CBD exclusively.

I quickly started to see other benefits as well. I was recovering faster from my intense training days. I was much less sore in the morning and felt like I could train just as hard the next day. Within three month of using CBD regularly, I set lifetime personal records in my squat, bench and clean. Pretty amazing for a 47 year old!
